KK & PID settings for a nebie

Hi I am a newbie, first thank you for letting me join, and secondly, I have a alien 450 quadcopter with a KK2 flight controller, I have search on here for basic P/I gain setting and entered them but nothing seems to work, I cant even get it to hover, motors spinning as they should, any body got any ideas please, or anyone local to Kent that could meet me to help set it up, many thanks.

Sorry I don';t know about KK but I am sure someone will be along soon to help.
You might get more replies if you can change title to include KK & PID settings in the title if you can?
