Upgraded the bearings in my Brother Hobby Tornado T1's to Hybrid Ceramic.

So my Brother Hobby Tornado 1407 3600kv motors had bad pretty bad bearings from the factory, Rather than send them back I decided to try and upgrade them to the new type Hybrid ceramic bearings to see if there was any improvement. I got the bearings from Germany and figured while I was fitting them I would document the process to help others. I was pretty happy with the results.

Problem with ceramic in bearings is they don';t degrade, they just catastrophically fail.
It was a fad.a few years ago in fixed wing, with metal bearings as they start to reach fail point their performance tails off  it is more and more noticeable and they are (unless the pilot is insane) replaced before catastrophic failur.
That doesn';t happen with ceramics, they give no indication until they die, and when they die they really go, resulting in a completely unexpected crash, usually in high throttle situations, this tends to result in equally catastrophic damage to the craft if it can be recovered

I';m pretty sure the speed this hobby moves I will have replaced the motors before any of those things happen.
