DJI Controller biggest mistake

Soooo, for my octocopter build I opted for the DJI A2 controller with built in receiver. Then decided I would go for the Lightbridge 2 for easier image and video transmission, and just meant I could keep my iPad going on the controller.

Only to find out, that there is actually no way to my knowledge to actually bind the controller that came with the lightbridge to the A2 Flight Controller to actually use the LB2 TX to fly the drone.

Just seems abit poopy that you can connect the LB2 and A2 controller to the PC setup channel numbers, calibrate the controller etc, but yet you can';t seem to fly the drone on it. So I have a very expensive paperweight on my desk at the moment in the form a a LB2 box with all brand new equipment in, bought for like £830  :o

research..... research........ research..............research.................bit more research.......... contemplate purchase............. research some more............ hover finger over confirm button................ then start researching from scratch.............. then................ well you kinda get the idea now.

just a shame you found out the worst possible way, dont suppose resale value is anywhere near decent?

The lightbridge 2 sends its signals to the LB2 unit on the drone. that then sends the signals to the A2. You need to disable the internal receiver on the A2 and use the LB2 unit as the receiver.
