Eachine qx90 all motors spin when battery plugged in

Hi all.

I think I messed up.

Clean flight is on this mini brushed quad.
1.13.
My buddy got it from banggood.com.
He could not get the taranis frisky qx90 to connect so asked me, as I like to twiddle with electrical things.

So, I got the bind and the arm working, but when applying throttle, two front motors were faster than the two back ones, so it just toppled over.

I thought clean flight configurator in chrome must be the answer.
I installed it, and connected qx90 and it saw the com port and connected.
I didn';t really do anything, except save the page where turn off motors when armed, but when I disconnected the usb, and connected the battery, all motors spin flat out.

I can';t give the quad back broken.
I humbly request a wise patient owl look down upon me with pity and advise the correct course to fixing my mess up.

I look forward to a quick solution.

Guessing either you wired it wrong or min command too high

set motor_pwm_rate=32000 then enter
