it arrived this morning from china via yodel :S
cant try it yet as it is not compatible with the FS-i6s so need to find a cheap tx I can use it with
specs say
Compatibility: DSMX / DSM2,
JR, Horizon, Walkera
and Spektrum remote controller

so any ideas

If the i6s has a trainer port I think you can make an adapter up and use a module. Can';t remember where I saw post.

Look for a second hand dx6i, they are usually quite cheap now - especially the dsm2 ones.

And someone used a ps2 type mouse plug in the trainer port then pins to plug the module in.
Not sure if module covers the protocol you need or if i6s has ps2 trainer port. Also not sure how or if you need to switch off standard tx.
Anyway might give you an idea.

Unfortunately that module is for mainly toy grade control I guess it will be buy another radio and see what I can get on the budget I got lol

I have a DSM2/DSMX Spektrum DX8 up for grabs but not sure if your budget would stretch to £120?

It is in excellent condition, boxed, has the 4000MAh lipo and charger. Might have a spare Rx if I find one.

Thanks Ian but budget is kind of stretched can get new Devo 7e on slow boat for about 35 quid so think that is the way I am gonna go

I had a 7e a couple of years ago.
Good item for the money.
Smaller than usual tx size , menu can be a bit counter intuitive.
Now use a dx8 ......

Devo 7e is good for £35. It';s a good if rather basic tx. It ';replaced'; the Devo 7 and included some notable upgrades including a far better Lcd screen and slightly improved menu system (the menu in the Devo 7 is horrible and v confusing) but it also lost some switches and knobs (as it';s a smaller transmitter). I think the 7e has a 2-flight mode switch whereas the devo 7 has a 3-flight mode switch.

Anyway, £35 is a good deal.
