Anyone had any experience setting up a flying club?

Two ';local'; clubs are a little too far for casual use and don';t seeem to be heavily multirotor-based.

I sat down and read a lot of the BMFA documents last night and they seem to cover pretty much EVERYTHING that a group would need to set up a club. Hard work, admittedly, but if one follows all the advice there not impossible.

Has anyone here had any experience in setting up a BMFA affiliated club and survived the experience with their sanity?
