Pixhawk Error Entering Loiter Flight Mode

Hi

Getting back on the horse after a long time off and finally got the Pixhawk configured and flying well on my quad.

Wondered if anyone could offer advice on an error when trying loiter for first time. Ndop and nsats all good but FC registered and error and failed to enter Loiter mode once flying. Error subcode in logs was 10 which is for OF_LOITER according to docs.

Anyone know why FC would try to enter this and not normal loiter (code 5 as far as I can tell)? Could it be because ';Simple'; mode was ticked in MP?

OF Loiter is Optical flow loiter ... do you have the optical sensor installed??

If not you have the wrong loiter selected in the settings

Yep figured it was optical flow sensor from  docs.
Only see ';Loiter'; listed in settings hence confusion why it tried to switch OF_LOITER
