What is going on with HQ 6" prop supply?

Anyone else noticed how there seems a worldwide shortage of HQ 6 x 4.5 props? Floatship, the eBay seller I';ve been getting these props from has been out of stock for weeks now and Hobbyking is showing everything other than 6030s as backordered with no hint when that';ll change.

Are these things so popular that supply can';t keep up with global demand/breakage rates? Room for another prop manufacturer in the market surely.

I';ve got the 6x4.5 in stock, and got a large order of 4/5/6/8/9/10 inch props on their way, just awaiting a shipping /tracking number

Hmm, i sense a little dejavu here, last year it was 5" props, that';s why i designed my quad for 6", which worked fine, but i prefer 5", as it feels more precise, but slower.
