Balance Lead Fix?

Hello all,

So this morning I had an issue with one of my 3300 mAh 4 cell 30-40C LiPos. The issue being that when I attached my little volt meter to the balance lead nothing would show. Upon further inspection I have found that the little black cable has completely detached itself as shown in the pic.

Can this be fixed? Or should I complain as I haven';t even owned it for a week yet.

Thanks

It can be fixed  depends on how confident you are about soldering? if you have a look at this http://www.multi-rotor.co.uk/index.php?topic=5785.0 it shows how to disassemble a pack then you can re-solder the negative lead back into position

it can be done with patience.
dont  do it through a little bit of prizing the heat shrink to get at the terminals....just dont do it ....
take your time...
dont grow up,just buy bigger toys!!!!
