DJI Customer service Excellent!!

I know right, you';re confused after seeing so many reports of poor customer service from this multirotor giant, well here';s a different story...

I bought an A2 flight controller and the PMU failed before it even got to it';s first flight test. Very annoying but I appreciate these things happen.

Since China are all on holiday and I need it fixed pronto I thought i';d E-mail DJI customer services, Europe and see if they could help.

A few emails later and they are sending me a replacement fast whilst I return the faulty unit.

Excellent result, excellent customer service and i';m very pleased with them :)

I have only had cause to require support twice in 5 years, both regarding a duff iOSD from ***********.**.** Both from Europe (shortly after it opened) It was picked up by the senior support manager next day. 

N.B Don';t use China support numbers/email addresses, you';ll probably get nowhere.

Same here I had a dodgy blue tooth module for A2 sent me a new one out didn';t even request I send the old one back! Looks like they are booking there ideas up!

I had recently emailed them about some F330 arms as this model is now discontinued and I can';t seem to find them anywhere anymore.

They were very quick to respond and shipped them out to me within a week of me contacting them.

That';s such a relief to hear as I';m having a nightmare with my a2 can';t get it to calibrate the compass. Although I could be that I';m a complete numpty.

I';m pleased to see so many other good news stories! German efficiency at work for DJI :)

Allan, i';m no expert on the A2 but with the compass calibration make sure you are outside and in as open a space as possible having made sure all components are updated through the PC Assistant.
Also (and sorry if i';m stating what you already are well aware of) make sure that the IMU and compass are in Can port 1 as per setup instructions. Previous incarnations of DJI FC';s were not as fussy about this.
