I have replied to the feedback he left me labeling him a scammer and stating what he did. Haven';t left him feedback yet. Thinking of something he';ll have trouble he can have a comeback answer for!

Yes, transmitter is now not working 
Just spoke to another eBay member who had an issue with him. He reported him and got his money back by informing the internet police. Worth looking into!

unless my transmitter suddenly decided to give up the ghost upon sale then yes.. ive opened up the transmitter when I got it back and I don';t recognise the radio module, it also looks a lot newer than the rest of the pcbs within the radio.

In my experience the Police Action Fraud line is a total waste of time - we lost £1500 from our bank account via a fraud using a stolen driving licence and I reported it on the Action Fraud website and never heard anything.

Contacted them again and eventually got a response that there is so much internet fraud they haven';t got time to follow up all the cases reported - so had decided mine wasn';t important enough.

The bank in question also said they don';t bother reporting to Action Fraud as if they did they';d be on the website all day there is so much to report ... and that';s just one bank.

So good luck with that

We certainly seem to have created an e-environment within which fraudsters and suchlike are able to thrive, at our expense.  Parasites, the lot of ';em.

Good reason to stick with sellers and buyers we know, or are from reputable companies. You might pay out a bit more but it';s worth it for the peace of mind!

I sold an item to a guy who had bid & won. (about £70-80 ish I think) then he turned round and said he didn';t want it after all, so he was out.  Damn annoying, I had to mess around to get the fees cancelled, but I appeared to be unable to leave any negative feedback at the time, as he wasn';t actual the final buyer?  Maybe I was missing something, but that';s how it appeared to me.  Just annoying really, damn plonker!  Needless to say I';ve blocked him as a buyer in future, just as a matter of priciple, as he didn';t say a word of apology
Apart from that, I';ve been largely lucky with ebay.

Ah, that';s why then. Odd rule. I had another guy who';s lad had bid unbewnown to him, I cancelled that as he mailed me and apologised, which was fair enough, but the other guy was arrogant and blase';.

Used ebay (selling classic cars and parts) at work and sold thousands now I just don';t bother as its a nightmare and to be honest business is that good don';t need it.

Also use it for personal stuff with a different user name, ebay decided I had to be a business seller for that as well when I';m not, no reasoning with them waste of time.

Very rarely use it now for personal stuff would rather sell it by different means.

To many scammers with no protection for sellers even with loads of positive feedback and having sold thousands fu4k ebay, all we want is a platform to make contact with buyers and do a deal, not be told what to do its, not what I signed up for.
