am still enjoying the mini action and have the hammer frame to build as yet.

but spurred on by some very nice video';s recently (flybywire) I am thinking I';d like to get something larger with a front mounted gimbal, anyone got any experience with either of the following or know of alternatives?

  • quaternium spidex V3 - slightly larger than I was looking for, but nice looking bit of kit, roughly £250 frame cost. folds up nicely, limited usage as far as I can see
  • TBS Pro - had standard before, pricey option, size if about right, but had no end of jello frustration
  • QAV400 - had before, liked it, but the gimbal has limited availability, size is good

looking for gimbal steadied video (2 axis), longer flight times, steady action flying - and would be interested in dirt cheap build your own

Planning to run a naze32 board if when I can get another.

I';ve got a couple of folding frames on their way at the moment, should be with me in a few days, 450 size, space to mount a gimble in the front ....

also naze32 acro and full on their way too

Cheers
Phil
Many Thanks
