Can someone with a DX8 clarify something

Hi Everyone,

Our sausagecopters are starting to outgrow the transmitters, we have two DX6 and one DX7. Im thinking of getting a DX8 but I was hoping someone could help me with something.

These radios are covered in switches, but it seems only one or two of them actually control a radio channel. Theres loads of mix and direction switches, but thats no good really. Im wondering how many three position switches the DX8 has? I need one for mode and one for the stratosnapper for photographing would be handy too.

I need one more single action switch for something else and one for the tilt roller (which I can see in the photos)

Can anyone tell me what switches on the radio actually control a channel and weather they are three or two position please?

I have all the following switches set up on my Dx8 Im using all availble channels so there is nothing left to use the knob, you would have to drop off 1 switch to free a channel for the knob or get a Dx18 

Gear   = 2 way
Fmode = 3way
Aux1   =  3way
Aux2  =   3way


other switches
there are 3 more 3 way switches for dual rates a 2 way throttle hold and trainer button
