Hi All, I am in the process of putting a hex together and have to use whatever I can of my old Phantom workings, before I buy two more DJI esc';s, is it possible to calibrate NON DJI ones using the standard DJI Tx?
Working on a shoestring at the moment so buying a new Tx/Rx is not an option (although I will do at some stage)

Any advice appreciated.

Chris

your not mixing escs are you? that is a bad idea.

if not then you could go with afro escs because they dont need calibrating

Chris650

Thanks for the info, no, not mixing them, wanted to go one way or the other.
So 6x http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__42549__Afro_HV_20A_MultiRotor_ESC_High_Voltage_3_8s.html would be ok without needing to calibrate?

Cloudbuster

this is the problem with DJI just stopping supply ...the 30A opto';s have been widely used and now if you want replacements for whatever reason they are no longer available !!! i find this a worrying situation as it seems DJI are putting very short shelf lives on their products...

regards rob
life is too short to worry about what others think !!!
