zenmuse H3-3D gimbal help please

So I have mounted my gimbal on the landing gear on my 550.  And it just doesn';t look correct in regard to the clear plastic securing pins. They seem to long

Hi. First thing that struck me was the installation only requires 2x securing pins used on diagonal corners, at least that is what I believe? See DJI H3-3D link here:

The pins look okay to me, exactly the same as on my H3-3D. My thinking is that they';re only there to retain the gimbal if the worst should happen. Any shorter and perhaps they might interfere with the vibration dampeners?

I put 2 in diagonally opposite as Andy states.
If you want to put anything else in as insurance a loosely fitted small zip tie does the trick.
The other trick is put them in upside down then the flat bottom doesn';t foul the gimbal movement at the rear

Thanks guys,   I';ll pull the two out if everyone else is just using two.   Think i';ll be turning them upside down too.
