DYS Smart 3 programming problem

Hi!

Can someone help please??!

I have a DYS Smart 3 Axis GoPro Brushless gimbal.  Superb stuff!.  However, on the software as I was trying to set it up, being a Computer User Non Technical, I accidentally clicked the default button which has now sent the thing into a quivering mess that I now cannot set right.

The helpful Ed at RClegends suggested that it needs a new profile loading again but I cannot find the correct one.  There is one at Flyingtech but I cannot get it to load at all.

I am getting - Error Parsing Profile:com.thoughtworks.xstream.io.StreamException: :Content is not allowed in prolog.

Any suggestions - I';m getting a bit desperate   :bang head:

Thanks

Gordon.
