GA250 Gyro and TGY 90S Servo

Can somebody help with some technical questions please. I originally posted in the KK2 section as that was my starting point but now I have changed direction. I have had some useful suggestions regarding making a camera stabiliser and am trying to follow up on an idea to use a GA250 gyro, a servo tester and a TGY 90S servo as the main components. I am very new to electronics and don';t have access to transmitters or receivers, so am in an unusual position. I have managed to power up the gyro, the tester and the servo and think it is ';almost working';.  The servo works fine when I use the tester in manual mode. The gyro seems to calibrate but when I move it the servo seems to try and work but the post does not rotate, I just hear some clicking and juddering. I can';t find out the frequency specs of this server so don';t know if its 1520, and I don';t know if the gyro defaults to a particular frequency. Of course without a receiver etc I cannot change the default. Does anyone know please if this looks like a gyro setting issue, or do you think I am barking up the wrong tree altogether?

During previous exchanges on the forum I was introduced to the ';Stubaliser';, it looks like a great product for anyone that wants to buy off the shelf when it becomes available later in the year.

Many thanks for any help.
