Has anyone else had a problem with Hobbyking order times? I placed an order over a week ago and it hasn';t been dispatched yet, all items were in stock and available from the UK warehouse. Their support aren';t getting back to me after being contacted multiple times.

Any help would be appreciated.

I';ve have more problems with HobbyKing than I care to remember, but I suppose I have bought an awful lot of stuff off them the past 5 years or so. My gripe is that the smallest issue takes weeks to get sorted out. So frustrating...!

Hi, only just seen this post: Yes!!  I have had a bit of an issue, in that although all items were in stock for both orders, it was almost a week (including weekend) from order confirmation (Europe) checker bot packing confirmation.  My UK order placed on the 4th, has been dispatched, so no real probs there.  I only mentioned it, because I couldn';t enter the live chat, so had to open a support ticket instead, which has yet to be answered, but as long as things are moving, I';m not really bothered about that, but it';s nice to get help when u need it is it not?

BTW, I have no other complaints against HK, I find you get what you pay for, and they are the cheapest model retailer on the planet.

P.s I know it';s frustrating, but as long as you have order confirmation, Paypal acknowledgement, and the item is indeed in stock, you will get it.

Got mine today ~~

Problems with Hobbyking is just one of those things, every retailer has them but for the vast majority everything goes nice and smooth.

No one ever shouts when it';s all gravy, only when something goes wrong - but that';s life :wack0

I can certainly concur with this, it seems https is an issue with 11, I though it was largely within my work environment with our certificates etc, but maybe it';s across the board?
Been using Chrome instead, seems ok.

Yeah do the live chat. Although slow with responses it';s far quicker than waiting days for a reply to a ticket.

I managed to get in touch with the Hobbyking live chat support who were very helpful. It seems it was my bank didn';t authorise the payment, all sorted now though and the order should be here this week.

Thanks for the responses everyone.

You would have thought Hobbyking would have advised you about non authorisation by your bank...would have saved some aggro.......
Let's be careful out there.
SAFETY is.. NO accident.

Hamster

My order arrived this morning, more than happy with how Hobbyking resolved the issue.
