Legal to fly at this location?

Long story short I';ve been asked if I can legally capture some footage of this building from a height, permission from the church would be asked for first. I';d like to know however if there is anyway of doing the flight legally as it is in the centre of town with little area around the building.

I think you could do it from back corner..  staying in middle of Church.. you would need spotters both sides.. and the car parks would need to be closed.


I would need to do a site survey to have a better idea..
