Problem with Tarot T-2D - Blue Flashing Light

My gimbal today stopped working. The servo power plug shorted and I think I';ve damaged the board.
Resoldered another connector on. When I power up now, it doesn';t initialise, the green LED is on and
the Blue LED is flashing ?? Have I fried the board ?

Checked the board closely for any signs of burning etc, but looks ok.

Any ideas. ??? I';ve priced a new board that comes with the USB controller, about £45 for China, don';t know
if anyone in the UK has these. Or is there another make of controller board I can use with the Tarot.
