Due to persistent horizon drift issues with my Tarot Gimbal last night I took off the Tarot IMU and board and replaced it with an RCTimer unit.

It';s running 049 R161 and while there are still some PID issues i';ve just test flow it and the horizon hold issue is cured  ::)

Conclusion is that the Tarot IMU and control board was the issue.

Had my Tarot for a month now and she is solid, just wondered if it just needed reflashing, bit late now but it';s always good to have a back-up.

Ah just seen 1.4 update is available. Wish i';d seen that before sinking a day into changing the controller  :banghead:

I would still reflash it and is if the problem of drift with the original Tarot PCB goes away.
