Hi

I am getting a plate made for me to bolt 2 retracts to for my quad. However I cannot find anywhere that states the hole mounting dimensions for the top holes. Retracts are these ones:

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__23483__Servoless_Retract_with_Metal_Trunnion_33mm_x_35mm_Mount_2pc_.html

The holes are shown in lower of the 2 retracts shown in the picture.

Thanks

Andy

It says on that page 24mm x 28mm hole spacing, although hard to tell which way that is. I';d guess the 28mm spacing is in the direction of length though.

Hi

That';s the mount plate holes, I need the holes as shown below:

Ah I get what you mean now. Sorry, can';t help though. You could perhaps compare holes with a picture editor to guess the dimensions, but it would be a sketchy process.

Perhaps worth asking on an rc plane forum where more folk are likely to use them?

andythilo

That';s a good point but I think as they mount them internally, they use the mounting plate. Plenty of people have used these retracts on multirotors.

I';ve asked guys on YouTube who';ve done videos, just no response. Even emailed a guy who did a video.

You also get a plate similar to the one fitted to the bottom to fit to the top included in the pack.  (or at least I did anyway)..
Tunrnigy Talon Tri, TBS Discovery, TBS Discovery PRO, Spnky 250 Mini, EZUHF, EZOSD

andythilo

Oh right ok. Doesn';t say anything about that? Oh well if it does I will bolt that on as well as extra strength.

Cheers :)
