Crius AIOP failsafe

Need some help here.

Managed to get the Orange RX to trigger failsafe by going through some shenanigans with end points and rebinding, and while connected to MP on the failsafe screen it changes from the current flight mode to RTL when I switch off the TX (which is what I want obviously) however, when the quad looses signal the motors just shut down

Am I missing something really simple here?

Work out where your throttle is to hover.. and set it that for failsafe..  (including RTL flight mode for failsafe), there is a delay and its best practice to do this.. 

Personnally would wait for MPNG 2.9 as there is enhanced failsafe and few bugs fixed

Yeah you';re probably right.

I just figured it would be good for a little insurance but I can wait, I don';t think I';ll be flying out too far with my humble FPV beginnings.
