When I built my Flame Wheel, I set my GoPro above my desk and filmed each stage in HD. The video below has been processed to create a faux time lapse version.

Although the video does not show it, I took the precaution of using ';BONDLOC'; Theadlock on all bolts.

Instead of using hot melt glue or epoxy to insulate the ESC connections on the power bus, I used transparent silicone bathroom sealant. Very effective.

Top tip,

before you use thread lock on any screw

Clean the Screw with white spirits 1st to remove any oils/grease from the production stage

Otherwise thread lock won';t bind as well as you expect it to.

Totally agree Mark, However the Bondloc B243 that I used is oil tolerant and the threads do not need removal.
