APM 2.8 configuration and set up.

Hi,
Could anyone have a step by step guide on how to set up an APM 2.8 fc for a quad copter,( i guess it has a lot of parameter settings under configuration also).

Flash back (going to the past), i started with this board but could never get it working and jumped to Naza and succeeded, now suddenly since i have 2 of these boards, 1 new and 1 used, i was thinking of giving it a try again.

Anyone wanting to help me out.
