Can you good folk suggest a replacement USED laptop than can handle playing video from drones, my HP 6910 is showing its age, can handle 1080p 30 fps but nothing much above that, dont really know what i am looking for when it comes to video spec, not looking at spending to much, in fact as little as poss

CPU - i5 or i7
RAM - 8gb +
SSD hard disk or at least an external SSD hard disk for working on your files.

I use a 4 year old male mscbook pro for 4k and works a treat it's spec is

i7 2.9ghz CPU
16gb RAM
256 Samsung Pro SSD
Intel 4000 graphics

Works well, so if you look for similar spec laptops on eBay there's some good deal from about £200 to be had.
