Naza strange behavior

I just build a new multirotor hexa-rotor V using RTC800 frame, 4215(3507) 650KV motors, SK-30A SimonK ESC';s, 13x6.5 & 11x5 CF props, 4S 4000mah and naza gps
Still i haven';t install the gps because the hexa is refusing to take off and I can';t understand why...
Everyting is build with care.. new bearings for all the motors, damping everywhere, everyting calibrated TWINCE even tried changing motors positions and esc';s but the problem remains the same.
When I try to take off the rear is lifting up first and I can';t compensate with input from the radio.. even if punch hard on the trothle and the hexa is in the air is drifting very quick forward(can';t control it) already broke pair of CF 13X6.5 props
I will try to change the motor mixer to hexa I and give it a try tomorrow..
If anyone has any idea what it can cause this constant drift, please write..

My DJI 450 did that when i first built it. Turned out to be props were on incorrectly. I';d double check them to start with

homersainty

ok i would double check your motor and prop directions here is how they should be [attachimg=1]
If you find yourself in danger of being taken seriously, then try to do something which undermines or sabotages that perception in some way.

#3
1. Check motors are turning the correct way.
2. Check the props are on the correct motors. (Lifting not pushing down)
3. Check the Naza is mounted correctly. Right way up and motor outputs pointing to the front of the Hexa and Naza assistant settings match the config (Hexa V or I)
4. Check that motor 1 really is connected to M1 on the Naza, motor 2 to M2 etc
5. Run the IMU Calibration (I think it is in the ';tools'; section of the assistant).

Also while in the Assistant software - check the transmitter control sliders move left and right as expected - you may need to set reverse on your transmitter.

Thank you all
But everything was checked several times before I post..
Finally I found the problem and it';s not the naza fc  :notworthy:
I didn';t mention that 4 of the motors where used on a quad that had some crashes  the last flight of the quad end up with high speed crash and many broken parts...
While I was checking/balancing motors I didn';t had the props on and everything was working.. fine. Motors where vibrating and I balance them as much as I can.
Today I was trying different motor mixers hexa I , quad X and I had the same problem BUT this time it was drifting sideways..
Thwn I just removed naza and connect motors to the receiver one by one WITH the props mounted and I noticed that two motors are reving
up to 45%-50% throttle ONLY
High vibrations are stopping the motors to reach their full potential.
After spending a lot of time I got one of them working properly but the other one may need new shaft.
Some video and pics from the crash :
