Great Supplier

So last week I was away and had my first flights with my F450 (from Jay). Had a few teething issues with Naza battery voltages and tx setup. Just getting things working nicely and learning how the quad handles. Got back so time to charge batteries, lift charger out of box and the pc psu was still attached. It fell onto my Flysky i6 tx!!!!! Smashed the direction gimbal!!!!!! No more flying for me!
Couldn';t find a replacement gimbal in UK so ordered one from BangGood for £7. 3 days later they cancelled order as out of stock!
Received a marketing email from RadioC and followed link to look at bits and bobs. While looking a chat option appeared. As I bought the FlySky i6 from RadioC I thought they might know where I could get a replacement. I think it was Alistair I ';chatted'; to, who said no problem we have a few i6 kicking about and I can take one from them and send it to you 1st class for £10  ::) So I paid by paypal and 2 days later brand new gimbal with screws and stick grip (dont know what its actually called the ali bit that screws on the stick of the gimbal) arrived.
Fitted in a couple of mins and all working. So all back up and running now, just wish I didn';t have a mountain of work now   

Anyway just thought a supplier going out of their way to help was nice and they deserved a mention.
