Remember that the insurance only covers civil matters. If you find yourself subject to criminal proceedings no insurance can help. Although the BMFA can help depending on the details.

Reading this stuff and BMFA rules, I';m well and truly royally screwed  :wack0 not covered at all , and as for my imaginary spotter,,,he';s fired !
Anyway, think next year might spend the insurance money on something useful like lipos, or beer, will decide on the day.

Yes there are guidelines. However the insurance is not void if you arent following them as both the BMFA and the insurers now that every situation is different. Just be lawful then you have nothing to worry about.
