Well after sending some cheap quantam v2 pros back due to faulty black pixels on the screen, I am still waiting for a replacement. I went through the rigmarole of getting return postage, took pictures as proof, had them checked over in their returns warehouse, cleared for replacement then nothing. 
I did the live chat last week, the outcome was to check the order status online OK! I got one green tick. Waited then nothing, live chat yesterday morning, nothing happened. Live chat just now, told a similar thing as before but I have now another green tick. The last live chat session took over half an hour just to get another green tick. All I can say is I,m well TICKED OFF and still waiting.
Anybody else stuck in returns limbo ?

I';ve had to get on to Banggood 3 times this week about missing or faulty products but they seem to be on the case. I';m just waiting for the 7-20 day deliveries...

I got stuck in returns limbo in december of 2014, sent loads of messages, live chats emails etc.. and gave up on it in the end, then miraculously, the replacement turned up in october 2015, 10 months after i returned it !!!!!!!, that was my last order with Hobbyking and i havent ordered from them since, i still have the replacement £50 foam plane in the loft, just the same as the day they sent it to me, I had lost interest in them by the time they replaced it

I have had plenty of stuff from them in the past due to it being cheap compared to other suppliers but returning things 
Blow me Ive just had another email and I have 3 green ticks  ::)  I found its cheaper buying from the Euro warehouse    The postage is next to nothing compared to UK.

Euro warehouse is generally better than UK and usually only takes one day extra for delivery - I use them if possible.

Had another email, item has been dispatched. I';m sure half of these people don';t know what there doing, the goggles were in stock so it could have been sorted last week. Fingers crossed I get a good screen this time.

Bought a run cam,from euro warehouse recieved today,7daysish,postage was £1.50!!!!!!it came from Belgium by look of things.

Never had probs bar a quanum cyclops which I can';t be arsed sending back.

You got to keep at them, otherwise the quality control is never going to change. I know it';s cheap to start with but they are selling the stuff with a warranty. Makes me laugh all the Artf model planes that need a lot of work to get them sorted what come overseas (hint,hint) How they can call them almost ready to fly !!! It';s  been going on for years and it';s accepted now. Rant over (maybe)

Strange how it differs I had a pair of Quanum V2';s from the UK warehouse and after 3 weeks the screen got a line of dead pixels , went on their live chat posted a video at their request and a new set was sent out that very day and I was told to destroy old sent, which obviously I did

That';s HK.  Everything';s groovy whilst nothing goes wrong, but when it does...    generally followed by  :bang head: 

To be fair to them I';d guess they';ve resolved 60% of my purchasing issues within an acceptable amount of time.  Having to take photos and submit videos can be a chore, but it has always led to a positive outcome.  Only, sometimes it can take forever and require constant chasing up for weeks on end.

I returned some stuff the other week, after UPS tried to bang me for over 40 quid import tax... I thought I';d ordered from the UK Warehouse, but apparently I hadn';t....

So, a quick online chat and a new order set up from UK, arriving 2 days later...

...but still no refund for the stuff I returned. Then, I got an email (about a week ago) asking me to call a number for UPS, as they still had the returned parcel. After confirming that I wanted it going back, I was told that HK may well take the ';return fee'; from my refund. I can bet that it will be over 40 quid!!

Watch this space, but don';t hold your breath.......

BG have refunded a bunch of stuff for me recently, it';s been great. Does VIP status make any difference?
