Please Help APM Pro can't upload frimware “Communication Error – no connection”

Hi all.
i have APM Pro, i try to update frimware but it';s always said  "Communication Error – no connection"
i try many way to do, but no use. with MP and APM 2 also can';t.
If someone know this bug, please help me fix. Thanks you all so much.

Try a different USB lead,if that fails open the case and look for duff solder joints.

Remember too that while the NAZA is waiting to get all the satellites it blinks yellow 4 times over and over till it flashes green to confirm it has home point, also if the switching has it in failsafe it will bling yellow so it may be one of those .

Its a APM Not Naza ???

Hiya just had exactly the same error.

Are you using a Mac or Windows ?

I was using a Mac and ended swapping to PC

also did you load the drivers ?
for mac or pc

Please note it is a unsigned driver and you will have to select it to install

thanks all for reply, i';m using window. i have try with different usb, but it';s no use, i have pixhawk too, pixhawk is work well. only this apm problem.

In the connection selector by default it will select a com port,
but with my apm pro i have to select usbmodem131 as the port before it will communicate.

thanks GdLookinMingeR. i have check with apm planner 2 with mac. but it';s the same. i can see the comport but when update frimware or connect it';s said error. don';t know what to do now

I was using my mac but found apm would only connect to configure the apm
I had to use windows to actually install any firmware. Not sure why never had the same
problem with my original apm. if using windows make sure you install the driver manually as the default signed one included in apm install does not work.

The driver i linked in previous post is unsigned so you will have to select it and accept install unsigned driver.
