Tarot ZYX controller, how good is it ?

I';m using DJI NAZA V2 on my Alien 560 and am considering the Tarot offering for my new F550 look-alike hexacopter.
Pricing is attractive, for the GPS bundled system with OSD added, direct from Tarot China, it';s only £100 or so.
If anybody is using this system I';d be pleased to hear your views.experiences with it

I';m running two of them so far no problems with them apart from a  duff USB adapter which was promptly replaced be the seller.
The flight controller works perfectly. One is on a Tarot  fy 650, the other  on a 450 Alien.

Had mine since they first came out, along with the OSD when that came out. No problem with the FC or OSD - very stable on my Tarot 680 Pro, much better than the Naza M on my DJI F450.

Just to add my bit - I have the Tarot FC and OSD on a heavy lift Tarot X8. It';s early days yet but so far it flies very nice. Very stable and holds its position beautifully. I can only compare it to the APM/Pixhawk as I';ve not really used anything else - there are a lot less parameters that you can adjust on the Tarot but that may be no bad thing. I think its a bit of a copy of the DJI Naza but a lot of people say it flies better!

I hope Tarot carry on developing and improving it as it could be brilliant for the money. There';s a micro SD card for it to record flight logs but there doesn';t seem to be any software released to read them - hopefully that will come soon.

Hi guys

I have a ZTX-M-Mini now with OSD TL300C,
The OSD displays the battery symbol put does not show the voltage (no numbers )
I have set the LiPo size as 3S, added the actual voltage for calibration and set the warning limits in the FC software.
I can';t see anything else I need to do in both the FC and OSD assistant software,
Any guidance greatly appreciated

Apparently, the latest OSD firmware (1.3) has a bug relating to voltage display. Try to find the older 1.2 version, which works fine.

The upgrade adds nothing new, just makes it ready for the (long awaited) app release.
