Rotating flight controller

So I';ve finally finished building my first qaudcopter .. and no flames or smoke woo hoo!

now I';ve mounted it on a ZMR250 PCB which involves rotating the naze32 .. so in cleanflight do I tell it that the Board has been rotated 90 degrees CCW or does it mean I want to compensate 90 Degrees CW ?
