Tarot T-2D Gimbal Won't Initialise!

I';ve got the above gimbal which I managed to get going and all was well. Mounted it on my 680Pro and still all was well indoors. Went out doors and it won';t initialise!

Back indoors and I still can';t get it to initialise.

When I connect a 3s battery, I get 3 green lights followed by a solid yellow. Then nothing!

I have also tried to connect it to my PC and again, nothing! The Com port is correct but the gimbal doesn';t do anything!

Any ideas?

I had issues with mine - try updating from the tarot firmware but be aware if I remember rightly there are two things to update and you have to plug in the connector in different places to update each. Have a read through the Tarot website and see whats what.

Thanks for reply Joek07 however, This was working fine 1 min and then not at all!

I';ve already updated the firmwarre but still, it will not initialise on power up!

OK.

It has taken a while but it now initialises each time.

It took a while to figure out but the camera must me facing downwards for the initialisation to occur!

My gimbal now works fine. I have even been able to put the tilt on a 6 position switch on my Taranis which also works fine.
