I';ve got a set of these and I want to know, if I mount the tx one upside down hanging down from the TBD Discovery, will it still work fine? Trying to get it away from all the other electronics and prevent the drone itself hindering hte signal when overhead?

I have one on my Hex pointing down, though I need to make some adjustments. It does work fine but at the moment it';s more of a 30 degree angle so at points there';s a chance of being caught in it';s blind spot.

I have my skew pointing down on my big tri. Works well, especially overhead when the frame would normally restrict the signal.

Here';s how I have it at the moment, really need to adjust the direction but I haven';t really had any problems like this.

I have mine at back pointing down, not a problem with it.

Also pointing down with no problems :)

for larger multis, which are usually flown higher up, hanging the VTX antenna down is best, as it has line of sight with the VRX. the radiation patern is like a donut, so it makes no difference which way up it is.

Mine is down on my Tarot 680 at the back the only time i get any problems is when its coming towards me as the body and lipo blocks it out :-(
