naze32 acro buzzer issue

Im having a small issue with the buzzer on my naze32, in that it wont work with the battery monitoring lead plugged in. Im using the buzzer from my old kk2 board. For the battery monitoring i only have the positive wire connected, connected to the positive pin on board.do you need to have the ground connected as well. If i set the beeper to an aux switch with out the battery monitoring wire connected it will beep as expected, but when i plug the wire back in it no longer beeps.
Anyone have any ideas?.

I have an acro and a full Naze and both have buzzer issues. They work if you have nothing else connected but as soon as I hook up battery monitor they scream all the time. I took them off.

Did you read this thread?

Thanks for the reply, yeah ive read that thread. Mine works correctly with the battery monitoring wire removed, in that it i activate the aux switch its assigned to then it beeps. But as soon as i plug the battery monitoring wire in, i get nothing.
Think i should have stuck to the kk2. Lol

Yeah I still have some KKs and they fly well.
