Good value charger for parallel 4s 5000mah

So I';m in the process of building out Tarot 680pro hex as per my build list with prices thread in the relevant subforum.  However as I';m new to all things RC I havent actually got any charger or batteries on order yet.  The motors are EMAX 600kv units and will be controlled from a Pixhawk so from ecalc it looks like I want to be running on at least 4s 5000mah batteries to get a reasonable flight time.

So the question is what is a good value charger that has some headroom to cover me while I start to fly with single and parallel 4s batteries.  I am hoping that something in the £50-60 for the charger incl PSU will be a good first charger unit that will last me for some time and I wont want to be upgrading straight away.

Batteries I';m thinking of ordering are the zippy compacts from Hobbyking.

Ok spent some time checking out reviews and looks like I will get a Turnigy Reaktor 300W 20A as these seem to be same as icharger 206b but cheaper priced.  Looks to have some nice features and be close to my budget for the charger and should be more than sufficient for my needs for some time.

a couple of hours later and I ordered the Reaktor 300w 20A from HK + a used dell server PSU that will more than cope with its power requirements.  All in about 57quid + delivery but ordered some batteries at the same time.
