Hi All

Took the 680Pro out for a flight. Armed ok powered up to 50% ok, lifted off to about 4 feet to hover and check it out for a min all was ok. Then it started to drift slightly which i expected as i was in Atti mode, so tried to compensate but it seemed to fight the control, when i found it hard to control i tried to land it which was also a bit of a fight it did not seen to want to go down, when on the ground i pulled throttle to 0% but the motors would not power down and seemed to stick at 50%making it light and then the drift started again causing it to tip over  :cry . Luckily the only damage is a couple of props but i will be taking a better look at it tomorrow.

I am wondering if it is an ESC out of Cal but will need to investigate.

I flew it a couple of days ago with no issues what so ever.

Check your motor mounts are tight !!! Problem you describe can be caused by rotating motor mounts !!! Dont think an esc is the likely culprit !!!
life is too short to worry about what others think !!!

The motor mounts are are all ok. Its one of the things i check before i fly it.

Try setting your motor idle speed to low.

I had a similar issue with my massive 850 hex, it wouldn';t land even with the stick at 0, had to wait for the FC to disarm.
Why use 4 motors when you can use 6?

Well, it';s odd how it has suddenly changed tho?  i.e motor idle speed must have been ok before?  Has it been near a strong magnetic field i.e vacuum cleaner or such?  You might want to look at recalibrating everything, simply to eliminate a calibration error, including esc';s of course!

Seems like a transmitter/receiver issue to me? Maybe the throttle and roll trim was off set?
