I am currently running 3s on my naza v2 f450. I am going to buy some batteries and going for 4s. I know I need to change it in naza assistant but my question is will my naza still output the correct voltage for my optima reciever or do I need to step it down?

I have also ordered the hobbyking fpv setup. Can this camera run on 4s or will I need a bec to step it down to 12v for this also?

Can';t answer the question about the Naza.  But have you checked that the ESCs and motors can handle 4S?  The motors are probably fine, the amps are more important, but worth checking nonetheless.

I don';t know what the HobbyKing FPV setup is, but normally it tells you the acceptable voltages for the VTX and camera, such as this http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__65997__Skyzone_Plug_N_Play

Naza will still supply 5V to the rx OK with 4s  - I dont bother will the voltage monitor in the NAZA assitant. In an emergency I would rather destroy the lipo than the quad

Cams can usually take a hight voltage but vtx ar usually always either 5v or 12v so you will need a step down then you may aswell run cam and vtx off the step down as they usually offer a clean power output. Ashuming both cam and vtx both run off same voltage. my vtx runs off 12v and my cam can do 5v-16v (I think) so I run them both off the same 12v step down
