SJ4000 - Anyone else having this problem?

So I got an SJ4000 with firmware version N20140902V01. I tested it out and went through the menus with no problems. I then tried updating it to the latest firmware - N20140920v01. I thought all was well till I tried to access the menus. The up and Mode buttons worked fine but the down button had now become the OK button and the actually OK button stopped working.

I';ve downgraded back to to the original firmware but has anyone else had this issue?

Is it an genuine SJ4000 or one of the he clones?

Yep, pretty sure. I think there may be a compatibility issue but information is scarce.
